These Corpse Piles are structures considered as elite enemies, they will be scattered around the second area of the dungeon but will be marked on your mini-map. Once you reach the area, your next objective is to find and destroy three Corpse Piles. Go through the door and make your way down the Halls of the Plagued. Once you've returned both bloodstones to the pedestals, the sealed door leading to the next area will be unlocked. Picking up another Bloodstone will drop the initial one you picked up. Your first objective is to look for two Bloodstones and return them to the pedestals. The bloodstones are marked with the white icon on your mini-map, do note that you can only carry one at a time. Upon entering the dungeon, you'll find yourself within the Neglected Charnel.
